Ann Curry
Ann Curry has worked as a journalist for more than 45 years. She focuses her reporting on natural disasters, as well as war zones. Her first job could lead to a successful career by working as an intern at broadcasting station KTVL Channel 10 Medford. It was her first time as a female news correspondent at this station at the age of 22. In Portland the state of Oregon, she was made an anchor and reporter by KGW the NBC affiliate. Then she returned to Los Angeles four years later working as a journalist at KCBS TV. In the course of her six-year relationship with KCBS She was honored with 2 Emmy Awards.
